At Leba Caribbean Trips we take the privacy of our guests seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for and the rights you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Contact details: full name, WhatsApp or phone number and email.
  • Booking details: tour, date, number of adults and children, hotel or accommodation and pickup area, and any message you send us.
  • Payment details: the method, amount and reference of your payments, to issue your receipts. We do not collect or store card numbers on our website.
  • Technical data: the information your browser sends when you visit the website (for example the page you came from), used for statistics and to keep the site secure.

2. What we use it for

  • Managing your booking request, confirming it and issuing receipts.
  • Coordinating your pickup and the tour with the operator and the driver.
  • Contacting you on WhatsApp or by email about your booking, schedules or weather changes.
  • Answering your questions and improving our service.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share what is necessary with the boat operator and the transport provider of your tour, so they can provide the service. Our messages are sent through WhatsApp (Meta) and email providers. Some WhatsApp replies may be sent by an automated assistant supervised by our team; payments and confirmations are always handled by a person.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your booking is active and afterwards for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it when the law allows it.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we have about you and request its correction or deletion by writing to LebaCaribbeanTrips@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +1 (849) 397-1310.

7. Consent and changes

By sending a booking request or writing to us you accept this policy. We may update it; the date below shows the latest version.
