Cancellation and Refund Policy
We know plans change on vacation. This is how cancellations, changes and refunds work for tours booked with Leba Caribbean Trips.
Free cancellation by tour
You can cancel free of charge up to the number of hours before departure shown for each tour:

1. Cancellations within the free period
If you cancel before the deadline of your tour, we refund 100% of the amount you paid.
2. Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations after the deadline, and guests who are not at the pickup point at the confirmed time, are not refunded, because the operator has already reserved the space, the transport and the food and drinks.
3. Date changes
You can ask to move your tour to another date before the free-cancellation deadline, subject to availability, at no cost.
4. Weather and force majeure
If the weather, the sea conditions or a decision of the authorities do not allow the tour to operate safely, we offer you a new date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
5. How refunds are made
Refunds are made through the same payment method you used. The time it takes to show up depends on that method.
