Which is the best boat tour in Punta Cana?
It depends on your group. For a party with music and an open bar, choose a party boat (Party Boat Titán or the adults-only Party Boat Coastline). For families who want calm water and good snorkeling, choose Reef Discovery. For birthdays, weddings or large groups, a private catamaran such as the Karey or The Redeemer gives you the whole boat.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. All our tours include round-trip transport from your hotel or Airbnb in Bávaro and Punta Cana. Party Boat Titán also picks up in Cap Cana at no extra cost and in Uvero Alto and Macao for US$10 per person. We confirm the exact pickup time after you book.
How do I book a tour?
Choose the tour, the date and the number of people on its page and send the request; there is no payment on the website. We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm availability and explain how to pay the deposit that secures your spot. The balance is paid on the day of the tour.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and credit card. Some methods carry a payment-method surcharge; we always tell you the exact amount before you pay, and we send a receipt for every payment.
Is my booking confirmed when I send the form?
Not yet. Your booking is confirmed when our team has received the deposit and confirmed the space with the boat operator. We let you know on WhatsApp.
Can children join the tours?
Yes, except on the adults-only Party Boat Coastline (18+ with ID). On Party Boat Titán children under 10 ride free, and on Reef Discovery children under 13 ride free. Private boats are for all ages.
What is included?
It varies by tour, but our catamaran tours include hotel transport, snorkeling gear, a stop at the natural pool, an open bar and snacks or fresh fruit. Each tour page lists exactly what is and is not included.
What should I bring?
Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, a waterproof phone pouch and cash for the crew’s tip. For the adults-only party boat, bring an ID that shows you are 18 or older.
How long do the boat tours last?
Our catamaran tours last about 3 hours on the water, plus the hotel transfer. Private boats can be extended with extra hours on request.
What is the natural pool in Punta Cana?
It is a shallow sandbank in the open sea where the water is calm and about waist-deep. The boat anchors there so you can swim, relax and enjoy drinks served by the crew.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 or 48 hours before departure, depending on the tour. If the weather does not allow the trip to operate, we reschedule it or refund you in full. See the full cancellation policy for details.
