Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every tour booked with Leba Caribbean Trips through our website, WhatsApp or social media. Please read them before booking.

1. Who we are

Leba Caribbean Trips is a tour agency based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The boat tours are operated by local operators (for example Coastline Catamarans and Titán), who are responsible for the operation of the boat and the safety on board. We manage your booking, payments, hotel pickup and customer service.

2. Bookings

  • Sending the form on our website or a message on WhatsApp is a booking request, not a confirmation.
  • Your booking is confirmed when we have received the deposit (or the full payment, when the tour requires it) and the operator has confirmed the space. We confirm it to you on WhatsApp.
  • Please give us the correct full name, hotel, date and number of people. Wrong details can cause problems with pickup or space.

3. Prices and payments

  • Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each tour page. The price agreed when your booking is confirmed is guaranteed.
  • Some tours are paid with a deposit when booking and the balance on the day of the tour; others are paid in full in advance. We tell you which applies before you pay.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and credit card. Some methods carry a payment-method surcharge, which we tell you before you pay.
  • We send a receipt for every payment. We never ask for card details through the website.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations, date changes, no-shows and weather cancellations follow our cancellation policy. Each tour page shows how many hours before departure you can cancel free of charge.

5. Pickup and punctuality

We confirm your pickup time after booking. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at that time. The transport follows a route with other guests and cannot wait for late passengers; missing the pickup counts as a no-show.

6. Age, health and conduct

  • Adults-only tours require guests to be 18 or older with ID. Alcoholic drinks are served only to adults.
  • Tell us about any medical condition, pregnancy, allergy or physical limitation before the tour.
  • The crew may refuse boarding or service to anyone under the effects of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior puts the group at risk, without a refund.
  • Follow the crew’s safety instructions at all times, especially during snorkeling and swimming.

7. Itinerary changes

For safety, weather, sea conditions or logistics, the operator may change the order of the stops, the time at each stop or skip a stop (for example the private beach when the waves do not allow it).

8. Personal belongings

Take care of your phone, glasses and valuables. We recommend a waterproof pouch. Neither we nor the operator are responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

9. Photos

We or the operator may take photos or videos during the tour for our social media. If you do not want to appear, tell the crew before the tour starts.

10. Applicable law and contact
